Ownership and placement
The publisher, the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, owns Talking Stick Resort and lists it first for that reason alone; the remaining nine are an editorial choice. Some outbound links may earn us a referral commission; see the affiliate disclosure.
Third parties
We are not responsible for websites, hotels or booking platforms we link to. That includes changes in room prices, resort or amenity fees, deposits, cancellations and the terms those businesses apply. Your contract for a stay is with the hotel or platform you book through.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, medal emblem and monogram tiles belong to the publisher. Each hotel name remains its owner's mark and is used purely to say which resort we mean. Monograms are our own drawings, not hotel logos.
What we write about
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for losses arising from reliance on the site or from its temporary unavailability. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These rules fall under Arizona state law and, where relevant, the federal law of the United States. Courts sitting in Arizona have jurisdiction, unless consumer law in your place of residence gives you another forum.
